MBA stands for Masters in Business Administration. MBA is a post graduate degree program in business management and administration. Eligibility

Any graduate with a degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+3+3 pattern under any discipline with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate from a recognized University or students in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.

In some cases, the eligibility criteria vary basis the Institution’s choice but the main criteria remain the same. Some institutes require work experience along with Degree, or some institutes requires work experience from top firms only etc.

Post eligibility, the aspiring applicants are required to qualify the requisite entrance test considered or conducted by the institution followed by other rounds like group discussions, personal interview, essay writing, verbal presentation etc., depending on the institution’s selection process for shortlisting applicants for admissions.

A global MBA program is a two years full-time MBA program offered by a University with some International Institution partnership and the students get to do a part of the MBA program with the International Institution or University. It may be a semester or a year in International University.

What is an executive MBA program?

An executive MBA program offered by n University is of 12 – 18 months duration offered to the working professionals with certain year work experience as a mandatory criterion. In such program the classes happen in a hybrid model and mainly focused on the real-time case studies. These executive MBA program some-times happens in a boot camp way as well. There are also executive PGDM program available which is considered equivalence to an executive MBA program.

What is an online MBA?

An online MBA program is a complete online program offer by a University for the working professional who wanted to upgrade their highest qualification from Degree to Masters without leaving their current job.

What is a distance MBA?

A distance MBA program is a complete distance mode program offered by a recognized University and the duration of the program will remain 2 years but the enrolled students get a validity of another 1-2 years to complete the MBA program. There is no physical classes provided here and the enrolled students gets the study materials and assignment which he has to self-study and submit it to the University by a post or courier. Exams happens like a regular program in the authorized exam centers.

What is a part-time MBA?

A part-time MBA program is a class room-based program offered by a recognized University and for this program the classes happens during the week ends and some in hybrid model. This program is again for the working professionals with few years of work experience as a compulsory per-requisite.
